Servo Sender boards

This documents how to make simple boards to send a servo signal or RJ-45 cable, This make wiring a 3 Axis skull much easier and neater.
If you would like some more information Email me.

The parts that you will need to make this project:(2 of everything)
Small piece of perf board
RJ45 break out board
Male pin headers
shorts pieces of wire
screw terminal
femal to female servo externders
RJ-45 cable

Some tools you might need will be:
Soldering iron
wire cutters
Assembeling The Boards

There are very few pictures of assembley, but it is very easy to make this. The purpose of it is the take the power and signal from a set of servos and send it over an single RJ-45 cable. The servos can share a common power supply as long as the signal and ground pins are connected to the controller.
The basic wiring for this is the 4 signal pins go directly to the RJ-45 break out board, and the + and - are all connected to 2 pins of the RJ45 board and also to screw terminals(I did this just incase the servos were drawing alot of power and needed a thicker wire). The 2 boards that I made are identical. All you do is connect your four servos to one board, connect that board to an RJ=54 cable (with or with out the optional power cable), connect the second board to your servo controller, and the other end of the RJ-45 cable, and you are all set.
It make wiring up a 3 axis skull much quicker and neater.
